In case you are still thinking of using any of their software DO NOT BUY IT! I'd give them ZERO stars but that is not an option. Upon doing a quick search on Aimersoft, I came across the BBB page which plainly states that "According to BBB files, it appears that this business is no longer in business." As a matter of fact, Aimersoft will take your money and run. Aimersoft sells software that does not function, offer no support whatsoever and does not give refunds. Should you be thinking of buying any of their products I urge you to use one of their competitors. I attempted contacting Aimersoft on again on to only receive no response again. Once again, I received no reply and did not receive any refund. Then on, I sent a message to every one of their departments found on their support page and also emailed them again requesting a refund. On I contacted Aimersoft again via their support page and also emailed them requesting a refund. On I sent another message via their site and also sent an email detailing my issues and requesting support. I received a "boiler-plate" email response but no follow up. I contacted Aimersoft following the directions exactly on their support page. On I became aware that the software was not functioning properly. I bought Aimersoft DRM Media Converter on. This is why I always read reviews before I make a finale decisionīUYER BEWARE! Better yet DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AIMERSOFT. So why pay for an application that'll run just like the free trial, and cause it'll run like the free trail, customer support wont help you and ignore you to ensure that they cant help you. Every file I moved or dragged said failed which confused me at first, refreshed the application, reinstalled, checked the version and in the end still giving me a failed error, so, in the end I thought about purchasing the software, to my surprise, the customer service is poor, the app doesn't work as promised and promoted, and to be able to use it on more then one computer ill have to purchase two licenses. You might want to check out our review for Wondershare Recoverit (opens in new tab). While using the free trial, the interface seems user friendly and simple to use, but at times I was fully unsure of what I was doing, I had selected different files, all I wanted to adjust so I can have them and play them on other devices as Ill be taking trip in the near future where at times Wi-Fi will be down and 4G and 5G wont be reachable. Wondershare DVD Creator is commendably user-friendly with plenty of nifty features including an integrated video editor, and it’s not pricey either, with the trial version being a useful option for those who just want to dip their toes in the disc burning waters. You get many more features with the premium version of the software, however, which will set you back $29.95 for a 1-year subscription for one PC, and $49.95 for a lifetime subscription. If you wish to try before you buy, the good news is there’s a trial version of Wondershare DVD Creator available for download for both Mac and Windows. The Mac version does not support the burning of Blu-ray discs. Both versions are almost the same and offer equivalent burning options, except for BD and BD folder support. Wondershare DVD Creator is available for both Windows and Mac operating systems. Multiple media formats can be used on one single disc, as well. The program’s interface is clean and user-friendly, and you get a one-click burning facility, which as the name suggests allows users to burn a CD with just a single click.
